1. Introduction

By accessing PollMint (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to the Terms, you must not use the Service. The Service enables users to complete surveys, offers, and promotional tasks from third-party partners in exchange for rewards or monetary payouts.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). Users under 18 may require parental consent.
  • The Service may be unavailable in certain countries or to persons on restricted/sanctioned lists.

3. Accounts & Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.
  • One account per individual is permitted. Duplicate, shared, or traded accounts are prohibited.
  • We may require email, phone, device, IP, or KYC verification to protect users and advertisers.

4. Use License

  1. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on PollMint website for personal, non-commercial, transitory viewing only. This is a license, not a transfer of title. Under this license you may not:
    1. modify or copy the materials;
    2. use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display;
    3. attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software on the website;
    4. remove any copyright or proprietary notations from the materials;
    5. transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server.
  2. This license terminates automatically if you violate any restrictions and may be terminated by PollMint at any time. Upon termination, you must destroy any downloaded materials.

5. Offers & Surveys

  • Offer walls and surveys are provided by third-party partners. Availability, qualification, and payouts vary by user profile and geography.
  • To be eligible for credit, you must follow all instructions and complete the offer truthfully. Advertisers may take up to several days to confirm completion.
  • We reserve the right to reverse credits for invalid, duplicate, or fraudulent completions, or where the advertiser denies credit.

6. Prohibited Activities

  • Using VPNs/Proxies/RDPs to spoof location; device emulators; automation/bots; or tampering with tracking.
  • Submitting false data in surveys; identity misrepresentation; incentivizing others to violate advertiser rules.
  • Multiple accounts; account sharing; selling or buying accounts, referrals, or credits.
  • Harassment, abusive behavior, or activities that violate laws or third-party rights.

7. Quality & Fraud Prevention

We employ fraud-prevention systems (e.g., IP/device reputation, velocity checks, completion audits). Accounts flagged for abuse may be suspended or terminated, and balances may be withheld pending investigation and partner feedback.

8. Devices, IPs & VPN/Proxy

Use of VPNs, proxies, Tor, public data centers, or similar masking technologies is prohibited. Maintaining a consistent device and residential IP improves offer eligibility and crediting reliability.

9. Payments & Payouts

  1. Payout methods, minimum thresholds, and fees are listed in your account payout page and may vary by region and method.
  2. Payout requests are typically processed within a reasonable timeframe and may take up to 21 days to complete, depending on verification, fraud checks, and advertiser confirmations.
  3. We may require KYC or proof of identity before releasing funds. Suspicious activity may result in holds or reversals.
  4. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your earnings.
  5. Chargebacks or clawbacks from advertisers may be deducted from your balance or future earnings.

10. Referral Program

  • Referral rewards (if offered) are subject to anti-fraud checks and may be reversed for fake, duplicate, or self-referred accounts.
  • Do not spam or mislead when promoting referral links. Comply with applicable advertising laws and platform policies.

11. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on PollMint website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. We do not warrant that any materials are accurate, complete, or current and may change materials at any time without notice.

12. Third-Party Links

PollMint have not reviewed all sites linked to the Service and are not responsible for their contents. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement. Use of any linked site is at your own risk.

13. Disclaimer

  1. The Service and materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. PollMint disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
  2. We do not warrant the accuracy, expected results, or reliability of the materials or third-party offers.

14. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall PollMint or our suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages (including loss of data or profits, or business interruption) arising from use or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow such limitations; in those cases, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PollMint, our affiliates, partners, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms or suspected fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease, and any pending payouts may be reviewed or withheld subject to partner confirmation and our policies.

17. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and share information.

18. Changes to Terms

PollMint may revise these Terms at any time. By using the Service you agree to be bound by the then-current version. Material changes will be announced via the website or email where feasible.

19. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the operating jurisdiction of PollMint, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Venue and exclusive jurisdiction shall rest with the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
